Privacy

You sign in with Discord. We store your Discord user ID, name and profile picture, and whether you are in the Evolve Discord server, with your roles there, which decides whether Evolve’s lessons open for you. Discord’s access token is used once while you sign in and is not stored. You stay signed in for 30 days on each browser.

Evolve uses the Meta connection you authorize to read your accessible ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads and creative media. It does not change your ads or their budgets.

We store your Meta user ID, display name and an encrypted access token. The connection belongs to your Evolve account. Ad lists are fetched when you browse them. When you choose Review ad, we store the selected creative and its ad copy in Supabase and send the creative to Google for transcription and observation. The record, ad copy and Evolve reference are sent through OpenRouter to Anthropic, whose model writes the review. When you chat about an ad, your messages, notes on new versions and what you had open on screen are stored with the chat and sent to Anthropic with the conversation so far. Smaller models from OpenAI and TypeSafe, also through OpenRouter, write each review’s TLDR, pick Evolve lessons and keep a short profile of what you tell us about your business. While you type, a paused draft is checked for such facts and shown to you, but nothing from a draft is stored until you send it. You can edit or remove anything in your profile. These providers process the content to deliver the review, replies and these features.

Imported originals, reviews and chats stay in your account until you request deletion. Temporary Google files are deleted after processing where possible. Signing out does not delete anything.

You can disconnect on the Meta ads page, delete imported data on the data deletion page, or remove Evolve from your Facebook business integrations. For help, or to delete your account and everything in it, ask the Evolve team in the Evolve Discord server.
